I was in a horrific car crash one night, and I am lucky to be alive. I was in the back right seat of the car below when we are crushed from behind from a drunk individual going upwards of 50 miles per hour.

I was immediately knocked out and the other passengers in the car assumed I was dead. When I awoke I had blood on my head, could tell my wrist was broken, and could barely move. I was taken in an ambulance to emergency room where they reset my rest, stitched my eye, and did numerous tests.

Besides the wrist I also suffered an AC tear in my shoulder which made my whole right arm basically useless for weeks. After the cast was removed, I started 3 months of physical therapy. It wasn’t easy and I am still working on trying to regain strength and motion.

I am going to share equipment, methods, and things I did to help me recover, and I hope it helps you as well.
